Have your furnace cleaned and inspected before winter. Furnace cleanings are done in September and October, before the cold weather sets in. Save on fuel bills, getting yearly cleanings keeps your furnace running at top performance. A/C cleanings are done in the spring. You will receive 10% off the normal cost of cleanings plus 15% off service calls.

You can loose up to 1 SEER per year that you do not have your units cleaned and maintained.
