Brian, Pam, Dan Thorn

Dan has been in the industry since 1968. He worked as a Portage firefighter for 20 years, retiring as Fire Chief. On off days he worked installing and servicing heating and cooling equipment.

After he retired from Portage Fire Department, we opened full time in 1994, with Brian our son by our side. Brian has worked beside us learning and growing the business and plans to take over completely when we retire.

Brian has been to several schools in the industry and continues to learn the new and upcoming heating and cooling systems available along with indoor air quality equipment. He is able to offer our customers a wider range of heating and cooling alternatives.

Pam works in the office, handling paperwork such as license renewals, insurance, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
